Everything was fine at first, I've only been here a few months, but now everything has changed. Water is leaking from my bathroom and all over my apartment. I've been waiting for three days for them to come, and they still haven't. I reported my stove 20 days ago, and I'm still waiting. My rent is always on time, so why do I have to wait so long for them to fix something? It's not a good place to live, unfortunately. đ
The garbage is overflowing; it's disgusting to see it all full of maggots. We'll have to call the city to have them take care of this.

My experience at this apartment complex has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. Maintenance issues are frequent, and management shows a complete lack of respect for residentsâ time, privacy, and peace of mind.
Recently, my kitchen garbage disposal stopped working due to the appliance being very old. I submitted a maintenance request and personally selected the service window between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. No one showed up during that time. Without any notice, maintenance arrived around 3:00 p.m., completely disregarding the agreed schedule.
To make matters worse, the worker was unable to fix anything because the complex had been without hot water for three days, which is a serious issue that should have already been resolved. Apparently, a hot water pipe needed repair before the disposal could even be addressedâhighlighting poor management and lack of preventive maintenance by the complex.
The most concerning part was that during this visit, the worker went through and emptied a container of personal coins I had stored in my kitchen, placing them into a plastic bag without my permission. Regardless of the individual involved, the apartment complex is fully responsible for hiring, supervising, and allowing this type of personnel into residentsâ homes, which creates a serious sense of insecurity.
This complex fails not only in basic maintenance but also in staff oversight and respect for its residents. Living here has become stressful, uncomfortable, and unreliable. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone who values their time, privacy, and basic professionalism.

My experience living in this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing and exhausting. Constant issues, poor maintenance, and a complete lack of professionalism from management make this place anything but livable.
On December 30th, I reported that the kitchen garbage disposal stopped working due to age. I personally set the maintenance window from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, which was accepted; however, no one showed up until 3:00 pm, with no prior notice or respect for my time.
When maintenance finally arrived, they were unable to complete the repair because the apartment had been without hot water for three days, an additional issue that was clearly not being handled with the urgency it required by the complex.
The situation worsened when the kitchen drain was left disassembled and my personal belongings were used without my permission, leaving the kitchen completely unusable. Despite this, they left confidently stating it would be fixed the next morning â which did not happen.
As a direct result of this lack of responsibility and organization, I was forced to cancel a New Yearâs Eve dinner, as I had no way to wash dishes or use my kitchen normally. This happened during an important holiday, clearly showing the complexâs indifference toward its tenants.
Additionally, the complex allows and tolerates unprofessional behavior from staff, including excessive noise at inappropriate hours (very early mornings or late at night), yelling, and disruptive conduct, all of which directly impact residentsâ peace and quality of life.
Beyond this specific incident, the overall condition of the complex is poor. The buildings are neglected inside and out, the kitchen is in bad shape, the stove burners are nearly unusable (I had to purchase my own), and the bathtub water system is a nightmare: hot and cold water are reversed, and there is no stable temperature control, going from freezing cold to scalding hot without warning.
I am deeply frustrated and disappointed living here. The only reason I remain is because of the existing lease, not because of the quality of the apartments or services.
I do not recommend this complex under any circumstances.

The service was excellent. When I had an emergency, the manager helped me very well. It took a little while, I know it wasn't entirely up to her, but it was resolved in time.

since dayana has been working en fall of parramata everything has been going well, she is so kind easy going she always help us and now as a Manager everything is better cause she has everything under control she always listening and pay attention to every detail now at fall of parramata it's seems that is going to be a better and a safe place to live.

Good experience with Diana. Very helpful and professional. Got my apartment fast and very clean and in good conditions. Diana is always there to take care of my concerns and fixes any problems I have in a timely manner. If your looking for a place to live call Diana manager and you will not regret it.
